Formswrite.com is owned and operated by Knight Security PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore. Any reference to "Formswrite.com", "Formswrite", "we", "us", or "our" within this Refund Policy refers to Knight Security PTE. LTD. as the legal entity responsible for operating the Service.

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions to Formswrite are recurring and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into your Formswrite account.

Refund Policy

In most cases, payments for Formswrite subscriptions and enterprise licenses are not refundable.

Service Usage Requirements

Our service is designed to work with properly formatted documents. If you have not followed our template guidelines and our service is unable to detect questions in your document, no refund will be given. Please ensure your documents follow our formatting requirements before processing.

Cancellation and Downgrade

If you are looking to downgrade your account before your next payment date, please login to your account and select Billing -> Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will no longer renew and you will not be charged again.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe your case warrants a refund due to a bug or error in our product/service, we request that you schedule a call with our support team. During this call, we ask that you provide a demonstration of the issue. This policy allows us to address and resolve any potential errors, ensuring that our products/services remain at the highest standard.

Termination and Suspension of Services

If you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement, we may, without notice to you: (i) terminate this Agreement, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or (ii) terminate your license to the Product; and/or (iii) preclude your access to the Services. We further reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice to you, and we will not be liable to you or to any third party should we exercise such rights. To the extent possible, we will warn you in advance of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Termination of the Service will not affect any rights accrued thereunder or the Product that you have already acquired.

Where we suspect that fraudulent activities are being conducted by you, we have the right to cancel and block your usage of our Services without notice. We may also liaise with relevant authorities for law enforcement and financial crime prevention reasons and pass your details on to authorities should evidence be found confirming malicious or fraudulent or other criminal activity.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this Agreement and request a refund only when the product does not work correctly and cannot perform its intended function. The cancellation right is limited to cases where the Service fails to operate as designed and cannot fulfill its core purpose.

To cancel your order and request a refund, you must inform us of your decision and provide evidence demonstrating that the product does not work correctly. Please note that in respect of subscription services, your right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.
